مقدمة
نحن في تطبيق بَيِّن نقدّر خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحمايتها. توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يصل إليها التطبيق وكيفية استخدامها.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- الموقع الجغرافي: يُستخدم فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة الدقيقة بناءً على مدينتك. لا يُخزَّن ولا يُرسَل إلى أي خادم خارجي.
- الميكروفون / التسجيل الصوتي: عند استخدام ميزة التعرف على الآيات، يُرسَل مقطع صوتي إلى خدمة OpenAI Whisper لتحويله إلى نص ومطابقته مع الآية القرآنية. يُحذَف الملف الصوتي من خوادمنا فوراً بعد المعالجة.
- رسائل أنيس: عند استخدام ميزة أنيس (المساعد الروحاني)، تُرسَل رسائلك النصية إلى OpenAI GPT للحصول على آيات قرآنية مناسبة. لا تُخزَّن الرسائل على خوادمنا. سجل المحادثة يُحفظ محلياً على جهازك فقط.
- رمز الإشعارات (Push Token): إذا وافقت على الإشعارات، قد يُرسَل رمز تقني خاص بجهازك إلى خوادمنا فقط لتمكين إرسال التنبيهات العامة المتعلقة بالتطبيق. لا نستخدمه لتتبع هويتك أو لبيعه لأي طرف.
ما لا نجمعه
- لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية (اسم، بريد إلكتروني، رقم هاتف).
- لا نبيع أي بيانات لأي طرف.
- لا نستخدم أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات خارجية.
الإشعارات
يستخدم التطبيق إشعارات محلية مجدولة على جهازك لتنبيهك بمواقيت الصلاة والأذكار. وإذا منحت إذن الإشعارات، فقد نستخدم أيضاً خدمة إشعارات خارجية لإرسال تنبيهات عامة عن تحديثات التطبيق أو الرسائل المهمة، مع تخزين رمز الإشعارات الفني فقط لهذا الغرض.
الأطراف الثالثة
يتواصل التطبيق مع الخدمات التالية لأداء وظائفه الأساسية:
- Whisper API (OpenAI): لتحليل الصوت وتحديد الآية.
- OpenAI GPT: لميزة أنيس (المحادثة القرآنية).
- Quran API العامة: لجلب نصوص الآيات والتفاسير والترجمات.
- Photon (Komoot): للبحث عن المدن لأوقات الصلاة.
لا تحتفظ هذه الخدمات ببياناتك الشخصية في سياق استخدامها داخل التطبيق.

Privacy Policy

Introduction
Bayyin respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app accesses and how it is used.
Data We Access
- Location: Used solely to calculate accurate prayer times for your city. It is never stored or sent to any external server beyond the prayer time calculation.
- Microphone / Voice Recording: When using the verse recognition feature, a short audio clip is sent to OpenAI Whisper for speech-to-text transcription and Quran verse matching. The audio file is immediately deleted from our servers after processing.
- Anis messages: When using the Anis spiritual companion feature, your text messages are sent to OpenAI GPT to retrieve relevant Quran verses. Messages are not stored on our servers. Your conversation history is stored locally on your device only.
- Push token: If you allow notifications, a technical push token for your device may be sent to our servers solely to enable app-wide announcements and important notifications. It is not used to identify you personally or sold to third parties.
What We Do Not Collect
- No personal information (name, email, phone number).
- No data is sold to any third party.
- No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Notifications
The app uses locally scheduled notifications on your device for prayer time and athkar reminders. If you grant notification permission, we may also use an external push notification service for app-wide update announcements or important notices, storing only the technical push token required for delivery.
Third-Party Services
The app communicates with the following services to provide its core features:
- Whisper API (OpenAI): For audio analysis and verse identification.
- OpenAI GPT: For the Anis Quran companion feature.
- Public Quran APIs: For verse text, tafsir, and translations.
- Photon (Komoot): For city search used in prayer time calculation.
These services do not retain your personal data in the context of their use within the app.
